How Do Companies Get Involved?

Casual Day is South Africa’s biggest and most-loved disability awareness and fundraising campaign, taking place annually on the first Friday of September, this year on Friday, 5 September 2025.

Whether you’re at the office or working remotely, your team can show their support by participating in Casual Day.

Here’s how:

1. Appoint a Co-ordinator
   Choose someone (or volunteer yourself) to be your Casual Day Co-ordinator. This person will champion the campaign in your workplace and ensure leadership is on board.

2. Receive Your Free Campaign Kit
   Once registered, you’ll receive a free promotional pack, couriered directly to you. It includes:

• • Casual Day stickers
  • Posters and campaign materials
  • Easy-to-follow admin forms
  • A unique reference number for tracking

1. Activate Your Workplace

• • Encourage colleagues to donate R20 for a sticker
  • Display posters to build excitement
  • Organise a Casual Day dress-up or team event
  • Encourage staff to wear merchandise or follow the year’s theme

Remember: the simplest act of kindness is wearing your 2025 Casual Day sticker to show visible support for disability inclusion.

All logistics, from admin forms to courier delivery, are managed by us, making it easy and seamless for your company to take part.

Once we receive your registration, the Casual Day office will issue you a REFERENCE NUMBER and send you the order forms for stickers and promotional items. (You can also order online here if preferred.)

Your pack will include everything you need to run a successful Casual Day campaign in your workplace.
