Raise Funds for Casual Day and Your School or Tertiary Institution!

Each year, hundreds of pre-schools, primary schools, and high schools show their support for Persons with Disabilities by participating in Casual Day. In 2025, we’re expanding the impact by welcoming tertiary institutions into our Special Programme, where your school or campus can raise funds for Casual Day and for itself, at the same time!

How It Works

1. Appoint a Co-ordinator
   Whether you’re a professor, principal, teacher, admin champion, or learner, you can take the lead! As the Casual Day Co-ordinator at your institution, you’ll rally support from school management, governing bodies, fellow learners, educators, and parents.

2. Receive Your Free Campaign Pack
   You’ll receive a free promotional kit with posters, admin forms, and marketing material, along with your stickers and merchandise, couriered directly to your school or campus.

3. Distribute & Promote

• • Encourage everyone to get their Casual Day sticker for just R20
  • Put up posters, spread the word, and create a buzz
  • Encourage participation by dressing up in merchandise and following the year’s theme

Keep a Portion for Your Institution

• • Stickers are supplied on consignment, so feel free to order extras.
  • For every R20 donation, your institution keeps R4 (that’s 20% of each sticker sold!).
  • After Casual Day, you’ll return any unused stickers and deposit 80% of the funds into the Casual Day account.

All logistics, including admin forms and courier services are fully managed to make your campaign easy and stress-free.

Our Personalised Digital Stickers, generously developed by Accenture Digital, a proven success for schools, campuses, and departments looking to fundraise virtually.

Perfect for inter-school or inter-departmental competitions, these digital stickers make it fun, simple, and impactful to support Casual Day from anywhere.

How It Works

1. We assign your school, department, or campus a custom URL link connected to our Digital Sticker & Merchandise Shop.
2. All donations and purchases made via your link are tracked and reported, allowing us to calculate your institution’s fundraising total.
3. It’s ideal for use in:

  • School newsletters
  • Web banners and intranet portals
  • Social media campaigns

Need a Bulk Pack of Digital Stickers?

No problem! Simply:

1. Send us a list of supporter names (e.g., learners, staff, parents).
2. Make a once-off upfront donation (R20 per person).
3. We’ll send you a folder of personalised Digital Stickers.
4. You distribute them via email, your school intranet, or any internal platform.
